The property manager stays the face of the VvE. We handle the charging file behind it. You decide how much you take on: from financial administration only to full charge point management.
The cooperation has two levels. You start with the first and expand to the second whenever it suits you. If you do not want the second level, we take care of that part.
The property manager handles only the financial side. We send the monthly charging invoices on behalf of the VvE. They appear in your VvE management software, such as TwinQ and Convect, via the invoice inbox or an API connection. You include them in the regular monthly payment run.
You also handle new requests and any malfunctions, through our online portal. In practice those questions reach the property manager anyway, and forwarding them is often more work than handling them yourself in our portal. A charge point has on average only one malfunction every two years; new requests do generate many questions. We support you with good documentation and a uniform way of working.
VvEs know and trust their property manager. That relationship stays intact. We work in the background.
Charge point operation, VAT, energy certificates, energy contract and monitoring. You do not need to become a specialist in charging tax.
Our invoices appear in your VvE management software, so they flow into your normal way of working.
Enter the details of a VvE. The calculation uses the expected growth of electric driving, from about 14% of cars in 2026 to 56% in 2035. All amounts are excluding VAT.

One-off connection fee: level 1 none, level 2 € 50.00. The choice of rate is up to the property manager. We recommend choosing a rate with the future in mind, not the present: there are still few charge points now and relatively more work, but charging will become a large part of the VvE.
