The property manager spends time on the charge point users and should receive a fee for that. Those costs belong with the users, not with the other members. Otherwise residents without a charge point help pay for something they do not use, and that is not fair.
The fee for the property manager depends on the chosen form of cooperation. The full explanation and the calculator are on the For property managers page. In short:

Amounts per point per month, excluding VAT. Level 2 has a one-off connection fee of € 50.00. If the property manager chooses not to do charge point management (level 2), we take over that part and those costs are added to our rate. A property manager unwilling to cooperate here can be a reason to switch property manager.

This concerns only our management rate. The power costs, the optional services and the property manager fee are not included here.
We do not install ourselves and do not sell charge points. We do, alongside the property manager, coordinate the installer so the right choices are made.
The cost of the charged power is paid by the residents; that money goes directly to the VvE. With the quickscan you calculate the expected power price per kWh for your VvE.
