What does a charge point
cost a VvE?
The cost of a charge point in a VvE has three parts: the installation (one-off, via the installer), the power (per kWh, straight to the VvE) and the management (per charge point per month, with us). This page covers the management: one fixed price per charge point per month for the complete management of the charging plaza. The more charge points, the lower the rate. We review the rates yearly and announce changes in advance.

All amounts exclude VAT. The rate applies to all charge points on the plaza, according to the tier the total number falls in.
Included
Registering, metering and invoicing charging sessions on behalf of the VvE. Settlement per member. Registration and booking of the ERE credits. Energy contract and monitoring. Quarterly reporting and an annual report. A portal for board and property manager. First-line handling of faults and requests.
Not included

One invoice per month
The VvE receives one invoice from us per month, for all charge points together. It runs along in the property manager's regular payment round. No separate subscriptions with a charge card app, a CPO or a consultancy.
Options and one-off costs
Known in advance,
never a surprise.
Two options the VvE chooses itself, one one-off amount per new charge point, and the split of the ERE yield.

The property manager's fee
The property manager does work.
That deserves a fee.
The property manager invoices the members from their own software, handles the first questions and attends the general meeting. That fee is paid by the members who charge, as part of their charging price. Members without a car pay nothing.
The amounts here are our suggestion. The precise arrangement is made between the VvE and its property manager. How that works is on managing charge points within the VvE.

How the money flows
One overview for the resident,
one invoice for the VvE.
Every month the resident sees what they charged and what it cost. The VvE receives the same amounts as one invoice, in the property manager's software. The totals always match.
