Who we are
The data controller is Charge&Co B.V., trading under the name VvE Laadoplossing, established at Bilderdijkkade 50D10, 1053 VN Amsterdam, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 42154940.
What data we process
We process data you provide to us yourself, such as your name, the name of your VvE, your email address and phone number. In addition, as part of our services, we process data about charging sessions and consumption.
What we use your data for
We use your data to get in touch with you, to deliver our services and to meet legal obligations, such as tax administration.
Website statistics and cookies
To improve our website we measure how visitors use it. For this we use PostHog, with the data stored on servers in the European Union. PostHog records, among other things, which pages you visit, what you click on, your browser and device, and your approximate location based on your IP address. To recognise returning visits, PostHog places a cookie and stores an identifier in your browser. We use this data only to improve the website and do not sell it on. You can delete or block cookies at any time through your browser settings.
Retention period
We do not keep your data longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or for as long as we are legally required to.
