what is involved
A charge point in a VvE, a Dutch homeowners' association, is not a socket on the wall. It is a shared grid connection, one charging plaza instead of separate charge points, an energy contract, settlement with the members, VAT and ERE. Six parties, and a volunteer board that has to deal with them in the evenings.

We sell no charge points and no power. You choose the installer and the energy contract; we put the options side by side and prepare the decision.

With your property manager
The property manager remains the face towards the VvE and invoices from their own software. They are paid for it by the members who charge, not by the whole association.
Energy management
The power costs more
than the charge points.
You pay for the installation once, for the power for twenty years. That is why energy management is the core of our approach, not an option. The same example as in the quickscan: how the price per kWh is built up.

Per kWh, incl. VAT, 2026 example. With us the ERE yield has already been deducted from the price, so each part of the ring is proportionally lower. The size of the rings is proportional to the price.
Pricing
One rate per charge point
per month.
The more charge points, the lower the rate per point. The power itself and the installation are not included: the VvE pays those directly, without mark-up.
