VvE Laadoplossing was founded to relieve Dutch homeowners' associations in a market that has become far too complex for them.
Our mission
Relieving VvEs
of the charging file.
A VvE is not a company with a buyer, a tax lawyer and an energy manager. It is a group of residents who manage a building together, often with a professional property manager. The choices around charging infrastructure have become so complex for such an organisation that they are barely manageable.
We build a service that fits how a VvE really works: with the property manager as the permanent link, a volunteer board that keeps the overview, and residents who simply want to charge without getting a tax and legal file on top. Whatever is too complex for a volunteer to manage does not belong with that volunteer. That is what we build our service around.
Independent
We are not tied to a hardware supplier or energy company. We choose per VvE what fits best.
Transparent
Our rates are simply on the site. We have nothing to hide, and we keep it that way.
Together with the property manager
We do not replace property managers, we support them. The property manager remains the face for the VvE.
The team
The people behind
VvE Laadoplossing.
Behind the scenes VvE Laadoplossing is a whole team, mostly IT specialists who make sure the technology, the billing and the links with VvE management software keep running smoothly. They make it possible for a board and a property manager to deal with one point of contact, while many parties and systems come together in the background.
Maarten Coumans
Maarten founded VvE Laadoplossing out of the conviction that charging in a VvE can be simpler and fairer. He is the first point of contact for boards and property managers.
One company, two names
VvE Laadoplossing
and Charge&Co.
VvE Laadoplossing is a label of Charge&Co B.V. Under the name VvE Laadoplossing we work for the board and the property manager: advice, the meeting proposal, the contract, the portal and the reporting. Under the name Charge&Co we operate the charging plaza: residents charge, pay and get their overview from Charge&Co.
Two names, two roles, one responsible party. That way everyone in the building knows who to turn to.
