VvE Laadoplossing was founded to take the charging file off the hands of homeowners' associations, in a market that has become far too complex for them.
A VvE is not a company with a buyer, a tax lawyer and an energy manager. It is a group of residents who manage a building together, often with a professional property manager. The choices around charging infrastructure have become so complex for such an organisation that they are barely manageable.
We build a service that fits how a VvE really works: with the property manager as the constant link, a volunteer board keeping the overview, and residents who simply want to charge without getting a tax and legal file on top.
Anything too complex for a volunteer to manage does not belong with that volunteer. That is what we build our service around.
We are not tied to a hardware supplier or energy company. We choose per VvE what fits best.
Our rates are simply on the site. We have nothing to hide, and we keep it that way.
We do not replace property managers, we support them. The property manager stays the face of the VvE.
