Several schemes make installing a charging facility more financially attractive. Not always well known among boards.
SVVE subsidy
The SVVE subsidy from RVO supports VvEs in making shared spaces more sustainable, including charging infrastructure. Always check the current conditions on rvo.nl - application windows vary by year.
Energy saving loan via the Warmtefonds
The Warmtefonds offers VvEs loans at favourable interest rates specifically for charging infrastructure. Note: if the kWh price becomes too high to repay the loan, EV drivers may charge elsewhere. Calculate in advance whether repayment is feasible at a competitive charging price.
Local subsidies
Many municipalities have their own subsidy programmes for electric mobility and sustainability. It is worth checking your municipality's subsidy website. Good advisers can help here and often know what is available locally.
Own green power: double ERE credits
Does your VvE have solar panels? Then you can use the generated power for the charging facility. For charging with demonstrably own green power, you receive twice as many Renewable Fuel Credits (ERE). The net metering scheme is ending soon, but charging with own green power remains financially attractive via ERE. See Renewable Fuel Credits.
